Refund policy
We have a 60-day return/money back policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Cancellations
If you have placed an order accidentally please contact ASAP. It is not guaranteed that we can cancel the order in time before it is shipped. If the order is shipped we cannot cancel the order and you will need to return the product. Please note that it is under your obligation to source a label and you will be required to pay a 20% restocking fee for a cancelled order.
When an order is refunded from an accidental purchase please note that you will be refunded for the total amount minus the transaction fee incurred by us. For example if you pay $200 and we pay a 2% transaction fee you will be refunded $196.

Product Effectiveness
If you claim that the product has not worked for you within the 60 day time window you may be eligible for return, you need to provide the following:
- Time stamp of you receiving the product with a before picture of your effected area.
- Time stamp of you after using the product showing the effected area,
- Schedule of how often the product has been used including the length of time per session
- If the return is successful you will have to pay a restocking fee of 20%.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the delivery details, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Further, all freight costs will be incurred by the customer.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. This is regardless of warranty purchased. We can only provide a replacement device if it is deemed to be defective.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Restocking Fee
We do not impose any restocking fees on returned products based on reasons such as: change of mind and faulty products. However, if the product is from a trial or deemed ineffective by you the customer you are obligated to pay a 20% restocking fee.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

- Shipping Costs for Returns: The customer is liable to pay whatever return fees (including label and shipping)
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Evaluation
Before you send the product to us please provide us with your:
- Email Address used for order
- Order Number
- Attach photos of the issue
We only accept items that can be returned to the original condition, if any part of the packaging is missing or damaged we reserve the right to refuse your refund, When items are received we will inspect them, allow up to 2 business days to inspect the item before a refund is authorized. Refunds are generally restored to the card the purchase was made with, within 10 business days.
