Order Processing Time

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 0-2 days. This includes order verification, quality check, and packaging.

Shipping Time

  • Average Shipping Time: The average time for order processing is between 0-2 days, orders generally are processed within the day. Order close off is 11pm Perth WA (GMT+8). Orders that are placed on the weekend will be processed as if it is a regular day. The average transit time for our products is approximately 6-9 days. Our overall delivery date is generally 6-11 days. This timeframe includes the time it takes for the product to be shipped from our suppliers to your doorstep. (Shipping timeframes are out of our control, if your order is taking longer than this timeframe, please get in touch)
  • Shipping Carriers: We partner with reliable carriers such as Australia Post Toll, DHL and UPS to ensure your order reaches you in a timely manner. The carrier used for your order will be chosen based on the best available option at the time of shipping.

  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders.

Order Tracking

  • Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment.
  • Tracking Availability: Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after shipping confirmation.

Package Not Received If your order is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us within 7 days and we'll investigate with the carrier on your behalf. We'll work with you to resolve the issue, which may include lodging a formal carrier investigation using GPS and proof of delivery data.

Please also check around your property, with household members, and with neighbours in case it was left in a safe place or accepted by someone nearby.

Lost Packages If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will arrange a replacement in accordance with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Confirmed Delivery If a carrier investigation confirms that your package was delivered correctly to the address provided on your order, we are unable to take responsibility for packages that are subsequently lost or stolen after delivery. In this circumstance, we recommend contacting your home and contents insurer or lodging a report with your local police.

Delayed Delivery Occasionally deliveries may be delayed due to factors outside our control such as weather, customs processing, or carrier disruptions. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we'll follow up with the carrier on your behalf.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Customs Charge On Orders: For all orders, any customs, duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. These fees vary by country and are not included in our shipping charges.
  • Customs Clearance: Delays due to customs clearance are beyond our control. Please check with your local customs office for more information on potential fees and processing times.

Incorrect Address/Order Cancellation

  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
  • Address Changes: If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.
  • Order Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your order please contact support ASAP, orders are automatically fulfilled so we may not be able to cancel your order if you take too long to let us know. If this does happen please contact support and we can offer you a return at your shipping expense.
