Position the panel 15 cm from the target area.
Turn on the device and select your settings using either: The mobile app, or the on-panel digital interface.
Adjust your treatment (frequency, wavelength percentage, intensity) or choose one of the preset modes.
Once your mode is selected, make sure the panel stays 15 cm from the skin.
If treating the face or if light is directed near the eyes, wear the included protective glasses.
