How to Use

Charge the torch fully before first use using the included USB charger. A full charge provides approximately 5 hours of runtime.
Press the power button to turn on and cycle through the four light modes:
Mode 1: All 5 wavelengths active (460nm, 630nm, 660nm, 850nm, 900nm)
Mode 2: 630nm and 660nm red spectrum
Mode 3: 850nm and 900nm near-infrared spectrum
Mode 4: 460nm blue spectrum
Each mode runs as a static light by default. Optionally, press once within your selected mode to activate 10Hz pulse mode.
Hold the torch directly against or close to the skin over the target area. For best results, use at the surface for maximum irradiance.
The torch will automatically shut off after 5 minutes as a safety feature. Simply press the button to restart if a longer session is needed.
Always wear the included safety glasses during use to protect your eyes from direct light exposure.
